Awareness of Healthy Eating stall

During last November (Diabetes Awareness Month), Martin and Elizabeth were invited by The Kindred Kitchen to share their Awareness of Healthy Eating stall in the Sunridge Park, SuperSpar and to promote awareness of diabetes as well as the importance of eating healthy foods.

The ladies from The Kindred Kitchen offered free samples of their products.

A huge thank you to the people who responded to our appeal, in the summer edition of Diabetes Focus, for donations to our virtual Street Collection. Several donated anonymously. All donations, small and big, are gratefully appreciated.

Diabetes Wellness Support Group meetings
