Ingredients
- 1 cup (230g) low-fat cottage cheese
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract or 1 tsp. vanilla essence
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- 5 drops liquid stevia
- 1 cup berries of choice (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.)
Method
- Combine all the ingredients except the berries in a food processor or with a blender.
