Superfood smoothie: Green vitamin booster

Serves 1


Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale and cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped green apple, kiwi and pineapple
  • 1 x 150g low-fat plain yoghurt
  • ¼ avocado
  • Add water and ice as desired

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
