- 1 cup kale and cucumber
- 1 cup chopped green apple, kiwi and pineapple
- 1 x 150g low-fat plain yoghurt
- ¼ avocado
- Add water and ice as desired
Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
