Ingredients
- 2 cups baby spinach
- ½ avocado
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 Tbsp. SAFARI Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 dates, pitted
- ¼ cup mint leaves
- 1 thumb size piece of ginger
- 400ml cold coconut water or water
- 2 mint sprigs (for garnish)
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve and enjoy.
