Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 Tbsp. SAFARI Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup mint leaves
  • 1 thumb size piece of ginger
  • 400ml cold coconut water or water
  • 2 mint sprigs (for garnish)

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two glasses and garnish with mint sprigs. Serve and enjoy.
