Ingredients
- ¼ cup raw oats-soak in yoghurt overnight
- ¼/40g cup Goji berries ↑antioxidants
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 10 crushed pecan nut halves
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- Add sweetener for taste
- Cool overnight
Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
