Goji berry pecan oats

Serves 1


  • ¼ cup raw oats-soak in yoghurt overnight
  • ¼/40g cup Goji berries antioxidants
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 10 crushed pecan nut halves
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • Add sweetener for taste
  • Cool overnight

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
