Diabetes Focus | Autumn 2022

Dear members and friends,

I hope you are keeping well and enjoyed the first two months of 2022. What a relief that things are starting to go towards a new normal after the many months of lockdowns and restrictions.

I started this year off deciding to set goals for myself, and if some of you might like to join me, look out for the DSA Membership Family newsletter which will go out shortly.

There is much helpful information in this issue. How meal planning fits into diabetes management and The role of salt in our food and body are so helpful.
